How to join the Oxford Historical Society
Subscribers to the Society receive:
- a copy of the Society's newsletter, with reports on work in progress
- a copy of each new publication - the normal publication pattern is a volume every two years
- the opportunity to purchase those Society publications still in print at a substantial discount on retail price
The cost of subscription is £12 a year for individuals, £15 a year for institutions.
Payment is due on joining and thereafter at the beginning of each calendar year. The Hon. Treasurer would be grateful for payment to be made by standing order.

Privacy & personal data protection
So that subscribers may receive the Society communications and publications due to them, the Society needs to hold some personal data.
The data held by the Society is that which has been provided by subscribers at the time of joining - or as updated by them during their subscription period: contact details, a record of subscriptions and other payments made to the Society. A postal address is required for the delivery of Society volumes. If subscribers are happy to receive Society Newsletters and subscription reminders electronically they may choose to provide an email as well.
